Baked Veggies in White Sauce

An easy quick homemade recipe, medley of veggies in creamy white sauce, served with a portion of garlic bread. Ingredients

šŸ”¹1 Cup Diced - Carrot, Beans, corn, peas šŸ”¹Butter

šŸ”¹Dried Herbs

šŸ”¹Chili Flakes

šŸ”¹Salt

šŸ”¹Refined Flour

šŸ”¹Black Pepper Powder

šŸ”¹Cheese šŸ”¹Milk šŸ”¹Garlic Bread

šŸ”øWhite Sauce šŸ”¹Heat the pan add 3 tbsp of refined Flour and 3 tbsp of butter, ensure there is no lumps while making this slowly now add milk 200 ml in parts without lumps, add black pepper and stir for 3 mins till it thickens.

šŸ”øVeggies

šŸ”¹Heat the pan add oil and add 1 cup of veggies and saute it for 5 mins, add salt, dried herbs, chili flakes and Black Pepper


šŸ”¹Now add the white sauce to this and cook for 2 mins. šŸ”øFinally add the grated cheese generously and bake it. šŸ”øPreheat the oven for 10 mins at 180. šŸ”øTransfer and bake it for 10-12 min at 180.
