Choco Chip Cookies

Ingredients-

  • 140 gms plain flour

  • 85 gms. butter

  • 85 gms castor sugar

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • A pinch of salt

  • 1 egg

  • 15 ml milk

  • 75 gms dark chocolate, chopped

  • 1 cup of choco chips (if you love'it)

Method-

1. Sieve the flour, salt, and baking powder.

2. Cream the butter and sugar, until light and creamy.

3. Add the egg and mix well.

4. Add the flour, chocolate pcs, and milk. Mix well. Add choco chips as well.

5. Preheat the oven, on 'convection' at 180°C, with a lightly greased metal tray, placed on the grilling rack.

6. Pour spoons full of mixture, onto the metal tray, top with some chocolate, and bake at 180°C for 25:00 mins.

  • You can substitute 1/4th cup applesauce or maple syrup or ACV or a banana for one egg in the cookie recipe.

  • You can use chocolate of your choice

  • Also, additional you can add pecans, rice crips, or any dried fruits to make it healthier.

  • You can use brown sugar if you like caramelized Nutty taste.

  • Never over beat the cookie dough, you use this mixture to a spoon of ice cream as well as a dessert - cookie dough

  • Always -the ingredients must be at room temperature.

  • Chill the dough for some time, before baking the cookies. Also, ensure that your cookie dough doesn’t spread too much while baking.

How to make gooey Chocolate Chip Cookies?


The key is to not overheat them. Simply take the treats out, until they are practically cooked. This way you will get delicate and gooey treats.
